When somebody starts reading Non-Fiction books he will eventually find out that some books have to be read by everyone. Atomic Habits by James Clear is one of these books.

After 3 years I read this book for the first time, and I am still revisiting it when it’s needed!

Good habits unlock huge potential. Success, in any way one defines it, is just the result of our habits.

James, firstly, narrates a personal story through which you can see how he implemented new habits in his life and how this changed his life.

Throughout the book, he explains the importance of habits and gives manners for creating healthy habits effortlessly.
