After 3 years I read this book for the first time, and I am still revisiting it when it’s needed!

James, firstly, narrates a personal story through which you can see how he implemented new habits in his life and how this changed his life.
Throughout the book, he explains the importance of habits and gives manners for creating healthy habits effortlessly.
